charged for orders less than Rs.750/-

Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled before the
delivery scheduled date or before the order is changed from ‘Ordered’ to ‘Ready
for Delivery’ status whichever is earlier. In case we receive a cancellation
notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order

with order no to cancel your order.
What if I am not available at home,
when the delivery comes?
If the delivery is not executed
during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at
home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the order will be treated as
Cancelled.
What if my product is out of stock?
We frequently update our online
product list and display only items that are currently in stock with us. However,
in the very rare case of products being out of stock, FandFstores.com reserves
the right to deliver the rest of order after discounting the price of the out
of stock products.
What if there is a price variation
in the bill?
We frequently update our online
product list to reflect the latest prices. However minor prices variations could
occur. Kindly check the bill at the time of delivery and if you are not happy
with any of the price variations, you could return the product and the amount
will be discounted.
What if there has been a change in
the recipient's address?
You must inform us of this change at
least 1 day before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the
wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.
