What is going to be the mode of payment?

Mode of payment shall utterly depend on your convenience. You can choose to pay cash on delivery or can do an online money transfer to any of our bank accounts. We have accounts in ICICI bank, HDFC bank and Indian bank. Kindly mention the order number in the transaction comments while doing fund transfer. We also accept Sodexo Vouchers. We are evaluating other payment options like debit / credit card payment gateway.

Where can I get to know about the special offers?

You can keep a track of all the new offers in the market on our site available under ‘Special Offers’ on the Menu bar. We frequently update our site by scrapping the expired offers, and replacing them with the most recent ones. From time to time, SMS will be sent on the Offers and services to the mobile number registered. We assure that you are in the know of every new offer, and don't miss any offer which can be beneficial to you.

Is there any minimum amount that we should order?

Yes. There is a minimum order amount of Rs. 500/-

What are the delivery timings and charges?

We have delivery time slots from which you can choose from while placing order.

Weekdays       : 6PM - 8PM ; 7PM - 9PM

Saturdays        : 10AM - 2PM ; 2PM - 5PM ; 5PM - 7PM ; 7PM - 9PM

Sundays          : 10AM - 2PM

Delivery Charge of Rs. 25/- will be charged for orders less than Rs.750/-

We also provide Express Delivery option where Rs. 30/- will be charged additionally and order will be delivered within 4 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled before the delivery scheduled date or before the order is changed from ‘Ordered’ to ‘Ready for Delivery’ status whichever is earlier. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Please e-mail us at with order no to cancel your order. 

What if I am not available at home, when the delivery comes?

If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the order will be treated as Cancelled. 

What if my product is out of stock?

We frequently update our online product list and display only items that are currently in stock with us. However, in the very rare case of products being out of stock, reserves the right to deliver the rest of order after discounting the price of the out of stock products.

What if there is a price variation in the bill?

We frequently update our online product list to reflect the latest prices. However minor prices variations could occur. Kindly check the bill at the time of delivery and if you are not happy with any of the price variations, you could return the product and the amount will be discounted. 

What if there has been a change in the recipient's address?

You must inform us of this change at least 1 day before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.
